Today I'm making Polish stuffed cabbage with a special ending. This is Joshua's favorite and he can eat about four of them. So I better make a lot! I made these a month ago and I am glad I watched the video until the end because that made all the different in the world. In the video attached below, Jenny says to fry the cabbage roll in butter and let them brown on all sides giving the cabbage roll a caramelized coating and serve with plain Greek yogurt. I'm not Polish, but you would never believe it if you tasted these stufffed cabbage rolls. Gotta give it a try. It's is becoming my favorite dish!

Stuffed cabbage with yogurt Boil the head of cabbage Peel the layers off
