Adventures in Cooking 7

We have hit the peak of the virus and I'm still cooking. I made soft pretzels. Since I am running low on yeast, these were made without yeast so they taste more like a biscuit, but still great when hot. Below is also a chocolate covered banana. It is supposed to look like "sushi"? I guess it doesn't get an A in visuals, but it tasted good! While I was experimenting with chocolate, I made one pot cow pies. See below. This is a quick and delicious chocolate treat that uses only one pot. It's simple: melt chocolate over a double boiler, throw in anything you like (some ideas include.. nuts, raisins, dried cranberries, chow mien noodles, crushed pretzels), coat it in chocolate, spoon in into little piles, let him harden and voila... cow pies!
