I'm still baking and feeding my quarantined family. Today, I made homemade herb crackers. Trader Joe's used to sell Tuscan rosemary crackers, but they no longer carry them. However, I found a recipe that tastes exactly like those wonderful, light, crisp and flavorful crackers. The finished crackers can be paired perfectly with provolone cheese and Reisling. You can see the step by step method.

Crackers, Provolone & Ground the thyme, pepper Flour and ground herbs

Reisling wine & salt

Roll out super thin Transfer to parchment paper Bake 450 degrees 5 min

each side

For something sweet, I made no bake coconut crack. It was a great way to use up leftover unsweetened coconut. This simple recipe includes ground coconut, coconut oil, chocolate chips, maple syrup and salt and packed into a small container. Crumbly, but sweet and yummy.
