More adventures in the kitchen. Before the quarantine, I stocked up on flour, yeast and all kinds of baking items so now I am going to use them in different creative ways. Naan bread is something I've bought from Trader Joe's and I found a recipe on how to make it and I got out the mixing bowl. This recipe was really easy and didn't use yeast, but flour and greek yogurt. It was great and loved by the kids. I used the left over cocoa to make chocolate sugar cookies, which were eaten up so quick. Then, I made focaccia bread pizza with Spanish olives.

Below is Vermont brown bread and it may not look too appetizing from the picture, but trust me it's great. It's made from oatmeal, honey and whole wheat flour (all ingredients I had on hand that I wanted to use up). The bread was great and gobbled up quickly. I served it with soup. What a great addition to a meal. Pretty healthy too.
