And the cooking continues.... Below is the most wonderful bread recipe I have found and only uses four ingredients: flour, yeast, water and salt. That's it. The crust is very crunchy and the inside is soft. I provided three pictures so you could really see how scrumptious it is. We put butter on it which melted immediately and then oh wow, it tasted incredible. Below that, I created some yogurt parfaits made from my strawberry jelly and peaches. I love the optics of the parfait. Also, I made polenta (with the over abundance of cornmeal I purchased) served with shakshuka. Polenta, is cooked similar to pastina with butter and cheese. Shakshuka is a middle eastern dish made with spicy red sauce with eggs and herbs. This dish was so filling, healthy and delicious. Lastly, I made a Monte Cristo, which is a sandwich dipped in egg and pan fried like french toast served with confectionary sugar.
