Appalachian Trail, Vernon, New Jersey

The Appalachian Trail runs through New Jersey and can be found on Route 94. It is 1.5 miles of boardwalk trail so it is very easy to walk and there is also a suspension bridge towards the end of the boardwalk trail which give a beautiful view of the fields. You can take the Appalachian trail beyond the boardwalk but that's when I turn around. However, if you are adventurous, continue on to Maine.
