Bakery hopping: Pierre & Michel and Palermo's Bakery

Today, I went to an authentic French Bakery called Pierre & Michel's in Ridgewood and I thought it was worth writing on my blog. While I was mentioning bakeries, I couldn't leave out Palermo's in Little Ferry. While Pierre & Michele's is French, Palermo's is Italian, kind of like me, French and Italian. Entering a bakery is so therapeutic, the smell alone relieves tension, not to mention how visually stimulating it is! The two bakeries are more like cafes, a to place to enjoy a specialty favorite coffee, authentic dessert or a savory dish. Palermo's bakery is open every night until 10 pm with patio seating. Two very special & sweet places.
