Do you want to go to a romantic hide away? Try Cafe Archetypus in Edgewater. This unique decor resembles a cave. It is very dark with small candles in glass jars on the table with with low key quiet music. Most tables are in little alcoves and thus very private and romantic. The textured walls have carved sculptures with hanging plants above. There is a room with a skylight that emits gentle light. The food is Mediterranean, but other things are available, as well as teas, coffees and good desserts. It is not that cheap, worth a visit. Memorable & romantic.
