Central Park is a place to put on your bucket list because there is some much to do. Pick a nice day, pack a lunch and go with the kids. There are zoos, meandering paths, reservoirs, gardens, boating and more. Pictured below is Belvedere Caste and Shakespeare Gardens which are located Mid-Park at 79th street. The name Belvedere is Italian for "beautiful view". The stairs in Shakespeare Gardens will take you to Belvedere Castle. While climbing the stairs notice all the flowers which were written about by Shakespeare, hence the name. When you reach Belvedere castle, you can go inside, climb to the top and view the Great Lawn and Turtle Pond. So fun for kids. If you have time, visit the nearby Central Park Zoo and see the polar bears!
