Hoboken, New Jersey

Most people have been to the upscale and hip Hoboken because of the easy access to New York. But, I recently found myself in Hoboken and forgot how wonderful it was to be on the waterfront and how many improvements have been made, I had to mention it in my blog. There is a great walkway with children's playgrounds across from a tree lined street dotted with large potted plants in front of restaurants with awnings and decorative street lamps. In the summer there are free movies at Frank Sinatra Park on the waterfront and Washington Street is full of all kinds of cafes and ethnic restaurants to choose from, it's a fun place to explore. If you haven't been here, you are missing out on this wonderful experience and breathtaking view of the greatest city in the world.
