Lodestar Park & John Coursen Homestead in Fredon, NJ (Sussex County)

Lodestar Park and John Coursen Homestead located in Sussex County is a nice place to visit if you have a free afternoon. They are located on the same property so you can enjoy both. The Homestead built in 1805 has a house, barn and property to walk around and Lodestar park has some paved walking trails along hills and a small sandy area. There are playgrounds and soccer fields. Driving here from my house was a treat as we passed so many enjoyable sites, farms, lakes and little stores. A nice afternoon.
